1 Acceptance of Terms

Do not share your password with anyone, do not write it in an accessible location, and do not allow others to access your account. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

All financial transactions on he555 — including deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions applied at any stage, and no exchange rate markups on any transaction.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

When you place a bet or participate in any game on he555, you accept that the outcome is determined by the rules applicable to that specific market, game or event. He555 provides Sports Betting (including Cricket, PSL, T20, Football and Esports), Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and Betting Games — each governed by the specific rules displayed within that section of the platform.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming. The stake amount displayed at confirmation is the amount that will be deducted from your PKR balance.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

He555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• A request from the account holder to self-exclude or close the account.
• He555 determining at its discretion that continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to platform integrity.

If your account is closed for a reason other than a breach of these terms, any verified real-money PKR balance remaining in the account will be returned to you via a verified payment method in your name. Bonus balances and funds under investigation are not included in this commitment.
